Residual Bequest
After all your other wishes are fulfilled, you may choose to leave the remainder of your estate — or a percentage of it — to Hobnob Theatre Co.:
“I give and bequeath to Hobnob Theatre Co. (Tax ID # [insert number]) located in Butler, Pennsylvania, all [or a stated percentage] of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, to be used for its general purposes [or for a specific program or fund].”
Specific Bequest
You may wish to leave a specific dollar amount or asset to support hobnob’s mission:
“I give and bequeath to Hobnob Theatre Co. (Tax ID #47-0702561) located in Butler, Pennsylvania, the sum of $________ [or describe asset] to be used for its general purposes [or for a specific program or fund].”
Contingent Bequest
