In the event that we are forced to cancel a production, either before it begins, or partway through, audience members have the following options:
- Come see the production a different night (if possible). If the performance never started, you can contact us via email and let us know which evening you’d like to return. If the performance was cancelled partway through, you will receive a voucher to use on a different evening.
- Request a refund. We are sorry you didn’t get to enjoy our production, but we will happily refund the price of your tickets.
- Consider the ticket cost a donation! Only with your support can we continue to provide our community with quality, entertaining theatre.
