Ken Smith (Artistic Director) boasts a career spanning decades in acting, directing, and theater design. He has worked professionally with Sight and Sound in Lancaster, and Latshaw Productions in Pittsburgh. In Butler, he has worked with the Musical Theater Guild, and the Butler Little Theatre. In addition to his roles in directing and acting with hobnob theatre, he has provided musical direction for several productions at Pittsburgh area schools and colleges. He has worked with young actors, teaching a youth workshop at the Butler Little Theater, and coaching students for the PPT Shakespeare Monologue and Scene contest.
Elizabeth Smith (Managing Director) brings decades of expertise in directing and acting to hobnob. Her collaborations include Pittsburgh Irish and Classical Theatre and the McKeesport Little Theatre in Pittsburgh, and the Butler Little Theatre. Beyond her stage involvement with hobnob, she has coached students for the PPT Shakespeare Monologue and Scene Contest. Currently, she contributes to the arts community by serving on the Board for the Butler Little Theatre.
